Welcome to Exquisite Detailing. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. About Us

Exquisite Detailing has been proudly serving our customers for over 6 years, providing premium auto detailing services using only high-end products to ensure exceptional results. Our goal is for every customer to leave 100% satisfied with their vehicle’s appearance.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We proudly provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely happy with the quality of our work, please let us know before leaving the shop, and we will address any concerns immediately.

3. Booking & Cancellations

All appointments must be booked in advance.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

4. Service Duration

Service times vary depending on the package selected and the condition of the vehicle.

A basic detail typically takes 1.5–3 hours. A full detail may take 4–6 hours.

Ceramic coating, paint correction, or specialty services may require the vehicle to remain at the shop for a full day or longer.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability

Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage to their vehicle prior to service.

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Exquisite Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damage or wear.

We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
